My Files is a secure networking space at ASU. When accessing My Files from your My ASU account, you are asked to enter your password a second time to ensure that you are the person accessing your files.
A nightly backup of your My Files space is located in your "Backup" folder. The folders and files within the "Backup" folder cannot be deleted or moved, and do not count against your quota size limit.
If you accidentally delete a file from your My Files space, you can check your "Backup" folder to download an older backup copy.
