If your parents were denied the
Federal Parent PLUS Loan you may be eligible for additional unsubsidized loan funds. The additional funds are available after the U.S. Department of Education has transmitted the Parent PLUS Loan credit decision to ASU.
You can request the additional unsubsidized loan funds by submitting the
Parent PLUS Loan Denial Funds Request eForm.
There are specific limits on the amount of additional unsubsidized loans that may be awarded. Freshmen and sophomores may be eligible for up to $4,000, and juniors and seniors may be eligible for up to $5,000.
