Requests for removal of online/hybrid enrollment blocks are handled through the International Students and Scholars Center (ISSC).
To request removal of the online/hybrid enrollment block from your account, email your sponsorship cancellation letter to sponsored@asu.edu. You can also request to have your sponsor advisor email sponsored@asu.edu directly to request an update to your status.
Once ISSC receives documentation confirming your sponsorship cancellation, the enrollment block will be removed from your account.
