When attempting to login at welcome.ea.asu.edu, if you receive the above error message, it may be caused by a delay in the time it takes for your newly created ASURITE User ID to update across all ASU systems. If you have just activated your ASURITE ID, it takes 24 hours to allow sign in to My ASU but it may take an additional 5 days to be updated in all other ASU systems.
