Providing Feedback on Cases in the My ASU Service Center

Information
Once you submit a question or request for support, you can monitor the status of your inquiry (case) and provide feedback on your My ASU Service Center by following the steps below.

Sign in to My ASU and select the Service Center tab.

Within the My Cases box you can:
  • Track the status of your open cases by clicking the View button under My Open Cases.
  • View an archive of your closed cases by clicking the View button under My Closed Cases.
  • Provide feedback on closed cases by clicking the Feedback button on the Case Details page.
You can check the status of your case or provide feedback anytime.
