Removal From Living On Campus

« Go Back
Information

To maintain a safe, secure, and academically focused living environment, University Housing, in collaboration with the Office of the Dean of Students, may require a student to vacate University Housing for serious violations of the Arizona Board of Regents (ABOR) Student Code of Conduct or University Housing policies.

Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, a student may be required to leave University Housing immediately or may be provided a limited amount of time to secure alternative housing, remove personal belongings, and complete the official checkout process with a University Housing team member.

Students who are removed from University Housing may also be prohibited from returning to live in any ASU housing community for a specified period of time, which may include the remainder of their enrollment at ASU, depending on the outcome of the conduct process and the conditions of their sanction.
