If you and your roommate are unable to resolve a disagreement on your own, your Community Assistant (CA) or Catalyst can help. Community Assistants and Catalysts are trained to facilitate roommate conversations and serve as neutral mediators. With a Community Assistant or Catalyst present, you and your roommate can openly discuss concerns, better understand each other's perspectives, and work together to develop mutually agreed-upon solutions.
If the conflict continues after mediation or requires additional support, your Community Assistant or Catalyst may refer you to your Community Director. Residential Life team members are available to help you navigate challenges and identify strategies that support a positive living environment.
