We want to make sure that your living space is well-kept. You can submit a maintenance request for any wear and tear issues or damages in your residence hall or common area. Our goal is to provide you with outstanding service by responding to all requests in a timely manner. For after-hours facilities emergencies, please contact your residence hall staff.
Downtown Phoenix Campus
If you are a Gordon Commons or Fusion on First resident and need to request repairs to your room (such as a burned out light bulb, leaky faucet, etc.), submit your work order request via email to living@asu.edu during business hours. Be sure to include your building and room number. You may also submit your request in-person to the Gordon Commons or Fusion on First offices during their posted hours or by calling.
