How Do I Get Support?
If you live on campus and need technology assistance, please
submit an online request for support using the following instructions:
- Log into your MyASU Service Center and within your My Cases box, select New Case
- In the Subject line, please type University Housing Technology
- In the Description field, you must provide the following information:
a. ASURITE
b. Last name
c. First name
d. Your Residence Hall or street address if are a resident in the Desert Village communities at Polytechnic
e. Your specific room number
f. Best contact number to reach you
g. A detailed issue description
Once your case has been submitted, your request will be routed to an expert at ASU’s University Housing Technology Center who will respond to you as soon as possible.
Note: When submitting your request, please make sure all of your contact information is correct and up-to-date.

You can call the University Technology Housing Center at 480-965-8565 for phone support or to schedule an appointment. For walk-in support, you may visit your campus University Housing Technology Center during operational hours.
