Please follow these best practices to ensure the smooth functionality of the ASU Mobile ID on your Android device:
App deletion:
Deleting the ASU Mobile App will deactivate your ASU Mobile ID.
If you uninstall the ASU Mobile App, email
Sun Devil Card Services
to re-enable your ability to set up a new credential upon reinstalling the app.
Device status:
Your device must be on and the screen awake to use the ASU Mobile ID.
Enable your phone’s NFC:
Near-field communication ensures your mobile device can connect to door readers, contactless payment systems, etc.
Check your device’s NFC status:
