You have access to ASU Counseling Services at the Tempe, Polytechnic, West and Downtown Phoenix campus locations. We are available 7 days a week.
Tele-mental health:
- Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. – Telehealth consults
- Outside of office hours or on University Holidays, call ASU’s Dedicated Mental Health Line through EMPACT to speak immediately to a counselor 480-921-1006.
Appointments available by telephone or HIPAA-compliant tele-mental health consult sessions. For online students contact 360 Life Services at 866-743-7732 or call Counseling Services at 480-965-6146 for support.

We recognize that some issues can only be served in person. While we are prioritizing care through tele-mental health, we remain available to see students who should be seen in person. If you are at risk of harming yourself or someone else, if you have experienced a trauma, or an unexpected loss, please give us a call at 480-965-6146, or walk into any one of our four locations.
The university offers a crisis line dedicated to ASU students through La Frontera EMPACT that is available 24/7. You can call 480-921-1006 to receive immediate behavioral health support.
