If you attempt to access iGrad on your My ASU finances page and are having technical issues, one of two issues could be happening:
- iGrad is down for planned maintenance
- In this case, you will be directed to a static web page advising all users that the site is temporarily down for planned maintenance. Typically, the average maintenance downtime period is 10 – 2- minutes. In certain releases of major platform upgrades the downtime may exceed 30 minutes.
- There is an unexpected outage
- In this case, access 24/7 live chat, create a case from My ASU Service Center or call 855-278-5080.
