What Is Consent?

Information
Consent, per Policy Student Code of Conduct 5-308 is defined as:
  1. Enthusiastic - the individual(s) should be excited to participate in the activity. 
  2. Active - consent must be given for every activity and can be withdrawn at any time.
  3. Clear - consent must be verbal and easily understood.
  4. Voluntary - no coercion of any kind is involved. 
  5. Mutual - all parties must consent.
