Information
A complete Barrett application means:
  • The student had finished all sections of the application and uploaded the required essay as a PDF or Word document.
  • The application has been submitted, not just saved.
  • Both letters of recommendation identified on the application have been received.
  • The student has been admitted to an Arizona State University degree program on the ASU Downtown, Polytechnic, Tempe, or West campus.*
  • A test score, either ACT or SAT, is on file with ASU Admission Services.
A complete Barrett application must be on file by a Barrett deadline to be considered in that evaluation pool. Incomplete applications are sent back to a subsequent review group, resulting in a later decision.

Please note: Barrett applications are not reviewed based on when they are submitted, but when all required items are on file. Though a Barrett application may be started and submitted before ASU admission is conferred, it cannot go to evaluation until university acceptance is formally awarded.
