What do I do if my ASU ID was stolen?

Please contact Sun Devil Card Services for a replacement ID if your was stolen.

Stolen ASU ID cards will be replaced for free with a physical copy of your police report detailing the theft. Your police report or incident number alone won't be accepted. You must pay a $25 replacement fee without a physical copy of the report to receive a new card. You should be directed to Sun Devil Dining if you have any concerns or suspicious charges about your campus meal plan or M&G account usage.

Please note: Your previous ASU ID will be deactivated once your new ID is created. Your old ID cannot be reactivated.
