Stolen ASU student ID cards will be replaced for free with the physical copy of your police report detailing the theft. Please bring your police report to any Sun Devil Card Service office location for replacement.
Your old ASU student ID card will be deactivated once your new ID card is created. Your old student ID card cannot be reactivated.
Please Note: Your police report or incident number alone will not be accepted. Without a physical copy of the report, you will be required to pay a $25 replacement fee to receive a new card. Any concerns or suspicious charges about your campus meal plan or M&G account usage should be directed to Campus Dining.
