What documentation can I submit for Selective Service Registration Proof?

If the FAFSA is unable to confirm your Selective Service Registration, you may be required to upload Selective Service Registration Proof. Acceptable proof includes one of the following: 

1. a copy of your Selective Service Registration card
2. a print out of your Selective Service online registration verification 
3. a copy of your DD214 (Member Request Copy 4) Certificate of Release or Discharged from Active Duty
