What Happens if There is Information Missing on My Verification Form?

Documents that are submitted as incomplete cannot be processed and will need to be re-submitted in order to continue processing. You will receive a SMS and email at your official ASU email address letting you know why your submitted document is incomplete. Please be sure to carefully review the relevant e-form before submitting to make sure that the required documentation is included.
