What Happens if There is Information Missing on My Verification Form?

Documents that are submitted as incomplete cannot be processed and will need to be re-submitted in order to continue processing. You will receive an email at your official ASU email address letting you know why your submitted document is incomplete. Please be sure to carefully review the relevant e-form before submitting to make sure that the required documentation is included.
