If you graduate from ASU, your Gmail for ASU account currently remains active unless ASU changes account access eligibility in the future or the account is otherwise deactivated. Your ASU Gmail can be accessed through My ASU.
Departing ASU without graduating will result in your ASU Gmail account access being revoked.
Forwarding your email
While your account is still active, you can set up mail forwarding so that new messages sent to your @asu.edu address are automatically sent to another email address of your choosing.
Deactivating your account
If you'd rather not keep your Gmail for ASU account active, you can request to have it deactivated. Contact the EC to submit this request.
