If you forgot your FSA ID password, follow the steps below or
watch this video.
1. Go to the
Reset Your Password website.
2. Select one of the options to look up your FSA ID.
• If you chose the username or email option, enter your username or verified email address and the month and day of your birthday. Then, click
Continue.
• If you chose the phone option, enter your verified mobile phone number and the month and day of your birthday. Then, click
Continue.
3. Select one of the options to reset your password.
• If you chose the text option, enter the secure code that is sent to your phone. Then, click
Submit.
• If you chose the email option, enter the secure code that is sent to your email. Then, click
Submit.
• If you chose the challenge questions option, answer your challenge questions correctly. Then, click
Submit.
4. Enter your new password twice and click
Continue.
Important details:
- An FSA ID is locked after three unsuccessful authentication attempts. Do not attempt to create a new FSA ID if you have been locked out of your account.
- Your FSA username will not expire but your FSA ID password will expire every 18 months.
