What If I Want to Change Halls or Roommates After I've Received My Welcome ePacket?

University Housing will continue to accept room changes your My Housing Portal by July 15 for new Fall residents or December 31 for new Spring residents.

University Housing staff will continue to work through the submitted change requests up until the time of move in.  Any requests not able to be accommodated prior to move-in will need to be resubmitted after August 17 for Fall or January 11 for Spring.
  • You will need to arrive on the move-in date of the residence hall you have been assigned to, even if you are requesting a different hall.  
Please Note: Available space is limited. All requests may not be accommodated immediately. Hall changes may result in a change to the amount of your Housing payment.
