Information
Annual loan counseling is a required loan counseling session to provide you information on your rights and responsibilities as a student loan borrower and is required to receive your financial aid disbursement. Depending on your grade level (i.e. freshman, sophomore, junior, senior), you may be asked to complete annual counseling each aid year.

You can access annual loan counseling by visiting your My ASU Finances web page and locating the “iGrad – Financial Wellness” link under Financing Tasks. You will then be directed to the iGrad Dashboard, where your specific annual loan counseling task will be housed.

After you have successfully completed annual counseling, please allow 3 – 5 business days for the counseling task on your My ASU Finances page to be updated, showing you have completed it. If it has been longer than 5 business days, access 24/7 live chat, create a case from My ASU Service Center or call 855-278-5080.
