Information
If you are a new federal student loan borrower, you must complete loan entrance counseling. This online session through ASU's partner, iGrad, will explain your responsibilities and obligations when borrowing Direct Loans.

It will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. ASU cannot disburse your federal loan funds until you have completed loan entrance counseling and a master promissory note for each type of loan (the financial aid office must receive notification of completion). Please be aware that it can take three to five business days for our office to receive confirmation of completion.

Begin your loan entrance counseling session by clicking the link on the Financing Task List on My ASU.
