Information
The Bridge Service Plan is a discount service plan that reduces your total healthcare costs for services performed at ASU Health Services.

Students enrolled in the Bridge Services Plan receive quality low-cost primary, women’s health, lab, basic X-ray (Tempe only) and consultation with an on-campus specialist. The Bridge Plan will allow students, who are considered “out of network” by their current insurance provider, to receive on-campus health services at a low cost without high deductibles.

Key Features:
  • Students enrolled in the Bridge Services Plan receive quality low-cost primary, women’s health, lab, basic X-ray (Tempe only) and consultation with an on-campus specialist.
  • The Bridge Plan will allow students, who are considered “out of network” by their current insurance provider, to receive on-campus health services at a low cost without high deductibles.
  • The Bridge Service Plan covers students regardless of the number of visits. All tests and exams must be ordered by an ASU Health Services provider for the discount plan to apply.
  • The Bridge Service Plan provides discounted prices for Counseling Services offered on campus.  The plan also covers physical therapy, which is located in the Sun Devil Fitness Complex (SDFC).
Please note: The Bridge Service Plan is not an insurance policy and only covers services at select ASU Health Services locations.
