What is the Daily Root?

The Daily Root is a plant-based, vegan menu that has been incorporated into all seven of the All-You-Care-To-Eat (AYCTE) residential restaurants across all four campuses. The following items are featured as part of the Daily Root menu: 
  • Staple items (rice, beans, sweet potatoes) 
  • Vegan waffles
  • Vegan entrées 
  • Made-to-order vegan stir-fry
  • Vegan soups
  • Vegan desserts
