Information

The Degree Audit Reporting System (DARS) used by Arizona State University students and academic advisors to track progress towards graduation. A degree audit is an automated report that matches courses a student has completed with the requirements of a particular academic degree program.

Undergraduate students review their degree audits with their academic advisors. Students may request degree audits from DARS Self-Service or from MyASU by selecting My Progress Reports (DARS) under My Programs and eAdvisor. Select Degree Audit (DARS). This will take you directly to DARS Self-Service home page where you can request your audit by selecting Run Default Programs.

Students may request audits for their declared majors or any other major or certificate, as well as eAdvisor critical tracking audits. In addition to its functions in advisement, critical tracking, and academic planning, the degree audit is used as the checkout tool for graduation. Advisors may access students' degree audits from DARS Self-Service.

For information or questions, please email DARS-Q@asu.edu. Please be sure to include the Student ID and all information pertinent to the case.
