Information
If you have received a Federal TEACH Grant, you are required to complete TEACH Grant Exit Counseling within two semesters of graduating. TEACH Grant Exit Counseling explains your rights, responsibilities and the TEACH Grant Service Obligation. It will also provide the terms and conditions that apply should your TEACH Grant become an Unsubsidized Federal Direct Loan due to not meeting the service obligation.

If you have TEACH Grant Exit Counseling listed on My ASU in the Financing Tasks box, it will hold the disbursement of any Federal TEACH Grant funds. To begin your TEACH Grant Exit Counseling, visit studentaid.gov and log in with your Federal Student Aid ID.

This Financing Task will be posted once you reach 108 credits for undergraduates, 36 credits for graduates and 74 credits for law students.
