The enrollment deposit timeline depends on when you enroll at ASU:
- Fall semester: Incoming fall semester students who have both paid the enrollment deposit and have canceled admission on or before May 1 are eligible for a refund.
- Spring semester: Incoming spring semester students who have both paid the enrollment deposit and have canceled admission on or before Dec. 1 are eligible for a refund.
Please note: A $50 nonrefundable processing fee is assessed on all refunds. Enrollment deposits submitted on or after May 1 for the fall semester or Dec. 1 for the spring semester deadline are not eligible for a refund.
