The university enrollment deposit refund timeline depends on when you enroll at ASU:
- Fall and summer semester: Incoming fall semester students who have both paid the graduate enrollment deposit and have canceled admission on or before April 15 are eligible for a refund.
Note: the fall 2024 refund deadline has been extended to
May 15, 2024.
- Spring semester: Incoming spring semester students who have both paid the enrollment deposit and have canceled admission on or before Dec. 1 are eligible for a refund.
Please note: A $50 nonrefundable processing fee is assessed on all refunds. Enrollment deposits submitted after your incoming semester deadline are not eligible for a refund.
Refund requests: Incoming students who have both paid the university enrollment deposit and have
declined admission on or before the applicable deadline above are eligible for a refund. Once a student
cancels their admission, refunds are processed after the refund deadline. Please note the following processing times for refunds:
- Online payments: 2-3 business days
- Cash/check payments: 2-4 weeks
