Information

The enrollment deposit refund timeline depends on when you enroll at ASU:

  • Fall semester: Incoming fall semester students who have both paid the transfer enrollment deposit and have canceled admission on or before June 1 are eligible for a refund.
  • Spring semester: Incoming spring semester students who have both paid the enrollment deposit and have canceled admission on or before Dec. 1 are eligible for a refund.

Please note: A $50 nonrefundable processing fee is assessed on all refunds. Enrollment deposits submitted after June 1 for fall semester or Dec. 1 for spring semester deadline are not eligible for a refund.

Refund requests: Incoming students who have both paid the enrollment deposit and have declined admission on or before the applicable deadline above are eligible for a refund. Once a student cancels their admission, an enrollment deposit refund will be triggered and refunded back in the method in which it was paid. Refunds of online payments are processed within two to three business days of admission cancellation. Refunds of cash or check payments are processed within two to four weeks of admission cancellation.
