Information
The iTeachAZ program, offered through Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College, is a set of courses and classroom experiences you must complete to graduate in the majors of elementary education, early childhood education, special education and secondary education.

You will most likely complete your iTeachAZ courses and classroom experiences (called clinical experience or student teaching) during the last two years of your program. If you are a secondary education major, you will most likely do one semester of student teaching, although there are opportunities to complete an entire year of student teaching in some subject areas, such as history and math.

Successfully completing the iTeachAZ program, coupled with your bachelor's degree in education, will result in teacher certification that will allow you to teach in nearly all K-12 schools in the country.
