Information

Verification is the confirmation through documentation that the information provided on the FAFSA is correct.

The federal government selects certain files for verification. If selected, colleges and universities must verify or confirm the data reported by you and your parent(s) on the FAFSA. The verification process ensures that you receive all the financial aid for which you are eligible.

Required documentation will be posted on My ASU, under the Finances tab, in the Financing Tasks box. Please submit the required documents as soon as possible in order to ensure timely awarding of your financial aid.
