Congratulations!
Diplomas are mailed approximately six to eight weeks after the degree conferral date. Graduates will receive an email notification via their official ASU email account when their diploma has been mailed. For non-international students, diplomas are mailed to the
home address on file with University Registrar Services.
If you are an international student on an F-1/J-1 visa your diploma will be mailed to the local address on file. To verify your address on file:
- Log in to My ASU
- Click on the Profile tab
- View and update your address in the Contact Details box
