If you are experiencing a technical issue with one of your courses, navigate to the Help tab on your My ASU page, and submit a ticket, call, or live chat with the ASU Help Desk for troubleshooting or further assistance. If you are experiencing a problem with an assignment and/or the instructor, it is best to first communicate your concerns with the instructor directly, as many issues can be resolved at the instructor-level. If you are unable to resolve your issue with direct instructor communication, please reach out to your academic advisor, who can refer you to the appropriate resource(s) accordingly.
