If you are experiencing a technical issue with one of your courses, navigate to the Help tab on your My ASU page, and submit a ticket, call, or live chat with the ASU Help Desk for troubleshooting or further assistance.
If you are experiencing a problem with an assignment and/or the instructor, it is best to first communicate your concerns with the instructor directly, as many issues can be resolved at the instructor level. If you are unable to resolve your issue with direct instructor communication, please reach out to your academic advisor, who can refer you to the appropriate resource(s) accordingly.
