If you are experiencing a problem with one of your instructors in a Teachers College course, or have questions or issues regarding a course in which you are currently enrolled, you should first contact your instructor directly, individually, via the contact information provided on your course syllabus.
If you are unable to resolve the problem by meeting with your instructor, you may then contact your
Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College academic advisor. Your advisor can further assist you through
redress of the grievance process in which you can request a meeting with the Senior Director of Advising Services.
