You will receive a letter from Heartland ECSI, a lending service that assists ASU in processing Perkins Loan payments, with instructions on how to start repayment. If you do not receive a letter, contact ASU Collections at 480-965-5220 or by email at sbs@asu.edu.
- You can access your account on the ECSI website or call ECSI at 1-888-549-3274. ASU's Perkins school code is U5.
- Payments can also be directed to ASU Collections at P.O. Box 870303, Tempe, AZ, 85287-0303.
Please note: You are responsible for updating your address and other contact information with both ASU Collections and ECSI. Address changes made on
My ASU under the
Profile tab do not carry over to ECSI.
