Your financial aid is disbursed to Student Accounts to pay your charges first (i.e., tuition, housing, meal plan, etc.). The first refunds to students via mail or direct deposit will begin a a few days before the beginning of the term (see our
calendar for dates).
If your financial aid file is incomplete, your funds will
not be disbursed to pay your ASU charges. You can check
My ASU under the
Finances tab to view any
Priority Actions or Holds that need your attention. Other common reasons that prevent the disbursement of your financial aid include:
