Information
You have been identified by the U.S. Department of Education as having attended several different schools within the last four years while receiving a Federal Pell Grant or student Direct Loans. Therefore, ASU is required to evaluate your academic transcripts and financial aid disbursements from all the schools you have attended during the last four academic years.

ASU Admission Services does not have all your official academic transcripts, therefore, the required evaluation cannot be performed. You must complete the Financial Aid History - Unofficial Transcripts form and attach a copy of your unofficial transcripts from the school(s) listed in the email sent to your ASU email account. If Financial Aid and Scholarship Services determines that additional information is needed after evaluating the requested unofficial transcripts, you will be notified via email and My ASU
