After you complete the Exit Counseling on
iGrad, ASU will receive notification within three to five business days.
During this time, the Exit Counseling will show as incomplete under your Financing Tasks on
My ASU. Once ASU receives the notification of the completed item from iGrad, the item will be marked completed on your My ASU Financing Tasks.
If more than five business days have passed and the item is still showing on your My ASU Financing Tasks, Access 24/7 live chat, create a case (i.e. email) from your
My ASU Help tab or call 855-278-5080.
