After you complete the Entrance Counseling on
iGrad with your
FSA ID, ASU will receive notification within
three to five business days.After you complete your Master Promissory Note by signing in to
studentaid.gov with your
FSA ID, ASU will receive notification within
three to five business days.During this time, the Entrance Counseling or MPN will show as incomplete under your Financing Tasks on
My ASU. Once ASU receives the notification of the completed item from the U.S. Department of Education or iGrad, the item will be marked complete on your Financing Tasks.
If more than five business days have passed and the item is still showing on your Financing Tasks, create a case from
My ASU Service Center or call 855-278-5080.
