Why was my financial aid billed back for an approved consortium agreement term?

There are two main reasons for aid to be billed back after a consortium agreement has been approved and processed.

1. You withdrew or did not participate in classes either at ASU or the other institution listed on the consortium. Learn about the major aspects of dropping, withdrawing and failing to participate in classes as a financial aid recipient. 

2. You must submit official academic transcripts from the other institution to ASU Admission Services within 20 days of the end of the term. If your aid has been billed back due to failure to submit official academic transcripts, submit official academic transcripts to ASU Admission Services and contact our office.
