The daily health check is a critical strategy for keeping our community healthy and is a requirement for students every day. Online students are exempt from completing the health check if they are not going to any ASU facility.
You will receive reminders to submit your health check. If you are a student, reminders to complete the health check will be sent out daily, multiple times per day. Failing to complete the health check may result in loss of access to ASU systems.

Reminders for the day will cease once the health check is completed.
For example, if you complete your health check at 8am, the only reminder you will receive for the day is the initial reminder at 6am.
You will also get notifications if you initially indicate in your health check that you are NOT coming to campus, but end up coming to campus anyway.
