Yes, first-year students who have a
FAFSA on file, enroll in certain education majors (i.e., high-need fields such as mathematics, science, special education, etc.) and meet certain academic requirements (i.e., have a high school ABOR GPA of 3.25 or higher) are automatically awarded a TEACH Grant.
If you were not automatically awarded, you can submit a
TEACH Grant Request eForm. Submitting this request form does not guarantee awarding of the Federal TEACH Grant. Financial Aid and Scholarships Services will determine eligibility for the Federal TEACH Grant based on citizenship status, academic program and academic requirements.
