Global Freshman Academy (GFA) is a partnership between ASU and edX, the nonprofit online learning destination founded by Harvard and MIT, that offers students the opportunity to complete their first year of university coursework risk free via the edX platform.
You enroll in and take courses, but pay for credit only after you have passed the course with a grade of "C" or better. Courses offered via the edX platform are designed and taught by ASU faculty.
