There are three ways you can pay your university enrollment deposit:
- Online: Payments online are accepted through My ASU. Under Priority Tasks in My ASU, you will see a link to Pay university enrollment deposit as shown below, along with links for the next steps after you pay the deposit. Online payments are preferred and will result in faster processing.
Please note: Only Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards are accepted when paying online.
- By mail: Checks made out to “Arizona State University” can be sent to: ASU Admission Services, PO Box 871004, Tempe, AZ 85287-1004. Please include your 10-digit ASU ID number (EMPLID) in the memo line.
- In person: Cash and check payments are accepted. Make payment at the Cashiering Services office on the second floor of the Student Services Building and bring receipt to Admission Services’ first floor window, room 150. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Please note that the deposit must be paid in full. Partial payments are not accepted.
