Your safety is the first priority. Call 9-1-1 and make sure you are safe. The police can assist you in getting a forensic exam to collect evidence of the assault for use in an investigation. You can decide whether or not to press charges later. You should obtain medical care to treat your injuries and receive medicine to treat possible sexually transmitted infections.
