What should I do if my SEVP Portal is locked?

If you are having trouble logging in to the SEVP Portal, please try the following possible solutions.

 

  • Make sure you are using your ASU email account as shown on My ASU to log in.
  • Ensure you are entering your password correctly. Make sure you do not have caps lock on.
  • If you have received a temporary password, please note that you can only use the temporary password once. When you set up your permanent password, you must continue using the permanent password.
  • If you are still having trouble, you can reset your password using the “Reset Password” button when you log into the SEVP portal.
  • If your SEVP portal account is locked, please submit the “SEVP Portal Issues” eForm found in the MyISSC eForm portal (https://issc.asu.edu/students/eforms)  under F-1 Practical Training.
