Where Does My ASU Email Addresses Send To?

Where do your @asu.edu email addresses send to?

You can have your @asu.edu email addresses delivered to one of the following:

• An ASU-provided account, such as ASU Gmail.

• If you don't currently have an ASU Gmail account, you can use an existing personal email account you have created (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo).

Where are your @asu.edu email addresses currently delivering to?

1. Go to your My ASU portal.

2. Select the "Profile" tab in the top navigation.

3. Scroll down to "Contact Details" and click on the dropdown menu option labeled "Email."

4. Click on Manage your ASU Email address.
   
   

• If you change where your email is delivered, even if you choose to deliver to ASU Gmail, you will be asked to verify your email address.

How to change where your @asu.edu email address delivers email to:

1. Go to your My ASU Profile.

2. Scroll down to "Contact Details" and click on the dropdown menu option labeled "Email."

3. Click on Manage your ASU Email address.

4. Click the email address you want to change, then click “Manage” on the right-hand side.
   
   
   
   

6. ASU will send a verification email to your chosen account. Click the link in the verification email to confirm your choice and complete the change.
